Refund & Chargeback Policy (Draft)
All Sales Final: All purchases made through Jett Labs Research are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Chargebacks: By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for any reason other than proven fraud. If you believe an error has occurred with your order, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and provide documentation to resolve the issue.
Evidence in Disputes: For every order, we maintain:

Customer acceptance of our Research Use Only disclaimer and Refund Policy at checkout.

These records will be submitted to card-issuing banks to contest any unwarranted chargeback claims.
